Eric will be taking a different approach this weekend - he’s going to give us a peek at the ugly parts that brought him to his knees. His story of transformation is one that started with the condition of his heart. As God brought a needed change to the man he was on the inside, what followed was a change that became apparent on the outside. If you ever wanted to hear the raw and real story of transformation, this is a can’t miss weekend. 

True Story - Part One: Audrey Hector

For the next three weeks we are going to be hearing from people in our Crosspoint family and their true stories. This week we will hear from Audrey Hector and how she learned to trust God through the hardships of life. Not only did she learn to trust Him, she also learned that the forgiveness she received from God is a forgiveness she had to give others. Her journey will inspire you to trust God even when you don’t have all your questions answered. 
 

20th Anniversary Celebration

Join us for a special service celebrating Crosspoint’s 20th Anniversary.  We will be singing our hearts out to God, hearing some inspiring testimonials and our drama team will share two different skits! Pastor Wil has a special message for this historical day that will point us toward our future. Following our 10:30 service, we will be celebrating with our own mini carnival. Bring your lawn chairs, and or blankets for a place to sit outside during the carnival time and hang out with us for burgers and hotdogs as well.

Investigating Christianity - Part Four: Lost and Found

It’s Easter Weekend and that means we are celebrating Jesus’ resurrection! Jesus worked tirelessly to prepare His follower’s for this big event. In doing so, He told one of His most famous parables to reveal how great of a love our Heavenly Father has for us. Consider inviting someone to come sit with you this Easter so they can be encouraged by how much God loves them.

When reading or listening to someone, context clues are the pieces of information you know that helps you understand the meaning of an unknown word or phrase. Jesus knew the importance of intentionally including context clues to redefine our understanding of God and His purpose for our lives. It’s become so common that it is expected. I’m talking about “The Warm-Up Act.” Sometimes we think of the warm-up act as up and coming talent. Other times we tolerate them because the main event will be worth it. Jesus was the main event and even back then He had a warmup act. The best thing a warm-up act can do is to prepare us for the main event. This week we are going to look at both who this was and how he prepared us for Jesus, the Main Event.

Our words are a gateway to better, or to potentially destroy our relationships. We all have great power to build each other up through words, but it seems like we can’t always control what we say. How can we make sure we don’t say something regrettable? What does God say about how we are to use our words? This Sunday, as we continue our series, we will dive into words to study The Word, for the sake of our world.

Relationship Problems - Part Two: Losing Your Crutches

When you have a temporary injury, crutches provide an opportunity for mobility while your body heals. But if you never lose the crutches, what started out as a means to promote your mobility would end up limiting your mobility for the rest of your life. A temporary injury doesn’t need a lifetime crutch. Relationships are the same way – let's learn to push through the pain and lose the crutches to restore the quality of our relationships.
