Just as branches need the vine to survive, we must remain in Christ to grow, thrive, and bear fruit. Without Him, we are unable to experience the fullness of life He intends for us. But remember, there must also be a pruning process to produce more fruit. Though pruning can be painful, it is necessary for our spiritual strength and development, drawing us closer to Him and shaping us into who we are meant to be.

While we might point to bad examples, so some people might learn from the mistakes of others, the best way to help people learn is from the success of others. This is what Jesus did for us, He provided the greatest example of how we should live our lives. He set an example for us to follow. He didn’t just do this hoping we would catch on and follow His example, He pointed to Himself as our example and then told us to follow it.

Relationships require responsibilities and the more desperate we are for others, the more responsible we will be. We don’t have to settle for just feeling for someone because of their situation, what they desperately need is more than our feelings.
